Cash on Delivery (COD):

Available on all orders nationwide through TCS. Please ensure correct contact and address details.

Shipping Cost:

We now offer Free Express Shipping across Pakistan on all orders — no minimum purchase required!

Shipping costs are fully covered by ZUMAR Studio. To reflect the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will continue to be rounded up to the next full kg for internal processing purposes only.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email.
Once shipped, TCS tracking details will be shared so you can monitor delivery status.

Domestic Shipping:

We offer Free Express Shipping across Pakistan on all orders.
After your payment is authorized, it can take up to 3 days for us to process your order and ship it.
This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Delivery may take longer in remote areas of Pakistan.
ZUMAR Studio reserves the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and/or during high-volume periods such as sales, new season launches, or promotional campaigns.

Delivery Time:

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 7 working days.

Note to Customers:

ZUMAR Studio reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as (but not limited to):

  • Items being out of stock

  • Credit card payments declined by the issuing financial institution
