Refund Policy

At ZUMAR Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver the best quality products, we understand that there may be rare instances where you need to request a refund.
Please review our Refund Policy carefully before initiating a request.


Refund Eligibility

We currently offer refunds only in cases where:

  • The item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery.

  • The issue is reported to our Customer Care Team within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) is provided.

Note: Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discount offers are not eligible for refunds.


Refund Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for refund, and photo/video evidence if the product is defective or incorrect.

  3. Our team will verify your claim within 3–5 business days.

  4. Once approved, you will be asked to return the item to our designated address.

  5. After receiving and inspecting the item, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days.


Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued in the form of a:

  • Store Credit Voucher (preferred method), or

  • Direct refund to the original payment method, depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for the following:

  • Items purchased on sale, discount, or special promotions

  • Custom orders or made-to-order items

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original tags, packaging, or invoice


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.

  • In case of an approved refund due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Important Notes

  • Refund approvals are subject to quality inspection and verification by our team.

  • ZUMAR Studio reserves the right to deny a refund if the product fails to meet our return standards.

  • Refunds may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
