Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) is required.

  • Items purchased on sale, discount, or during promotional events are not eligible for exchange.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The invoice must be presented at the time of exchange.

  • Items delivered in boxes must be returned with the original packaging.

  • If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please share photo or video proof with our team for verification.

Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

  2. Provide your order details and the reason for exchange.

  3. Once your request is verified, we’ll schedule a pick-up from your doorstep (available in select areas).

  4. The exchange process typically takes up to 15 working days after verification.

For in-store exchanges, please visit your nearest ZUMAR Studio outlet with the original invoice and product tags intact.


Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A proof of purchase is required (invoice or order confirmation email).

Please note: Returns are not accepted for items purchased during sales, flash deals, or promotions.

Return Process

    to initiate a return request.

  2. After verification, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a credit voucher equal to the item’s value.

    • The credit voucher can be used only for online purchases at zumaronline.com.

    • We currently do not offer cash refunds.


Additional Information

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Returns and exchanges are processed only after quality verification by our team.

  • ZUMAR Studio reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet the conditions listed above.

  • The decision of ZUMAR Studio regarding returns and exchanges shall be final.
